When it comes to trekking basically there's no limit to what trekking gear you can bring with you from home, from a down jacket to just a water bottle.  If you are unable to, however, you can still get your supplies from the many stores that sell both original, authentic goods & also knock-off goods if you don't have the budget. We personally still recommend if it's possible to bring your own trekking tools from home. As for luggage storing options, you can always leave it in the hotel or under the care of your specialist
