Itinerary at a Glance
Day 1: Arrival in Rome
It is said that all paths lead to Rome, so here you are! Upon your arrival at the airport, your driver will take you to your hotel.
After relaxing and enjoying time at leisure, you shall go to the meeting point, between Via del Traforo (near number 148) and Largo del Tritone. From there, you will enjoy a Rome City Tour by night. It will mix bus and walking tour, ending on the surroundings of the Colosseum. You can spend the rest of the evening exploring the city on your own.
Return to the hotel.
Day 2: Assisi & Siena Tour | Transfer to Florence
Early in the morning you will departure from the meeting point (Hotel Massimo D’Azeglio) on a deluxe coach to Assisi, a fortified town that dates back to the Middle Ages. There you will visit the basilica of St. Francis and spend time at leisure.
Time to continue the road trip, which will lead us to Sienna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There you will see the Piazza de Campo, where horse races took place, known as Palio.
We will board on the bus again and arrive in Florence. Transfer to the hotel, where you will enjoy your dinner.

Day 3: Tour in Florence
It will be a fantastic day in the “Cradle of Renaissance”, as Florence is called. Visit its many monuments and churches, including the Duomo (Santa Maria del Fiore), a true masterpiece.
Check out the Campanile tower and the Baptistery, whose doors Michelangelo imagined the ‘Gates of Paradise’. The highlights in the centre of the city are Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Della Signoria (Palazzo Vecchio), and the Basilica of Santa Croce.
Stop for lunch at a Tuscan restaurant in Piazza Santa Croce. Then, enjoy time at leisure in the afternoon to explore Florence as you would like or choose an optional short trip to Pisa, where you would visit the Duomo at Piazza Dei Miracoli, Pisa’s symbol “the Leaning Tower” and the Baptistery.
Return to your hotel.

Day 4: Bologna & Padua Tour | Transfer to Venice
Say bye to Florence after breakfast. You will take the road to Bologna, an elegant city where you will visit Piazza Malpighi, Piazza Nettuno and Piazza Maggiore in the heart of the city. Next, visit King Renzo’s Palace; Palazzo Podestà, and the basilica of San Petronio, one of the biggest in the world. Lunch is not included but we strongly recommend the food there, as Bologne is famous for its divine cuisine.
In the afternoon, we will continue to Padua and visit the Sant’Antonio Basilica, one of the most visited churches by catholic pilgrims.
Continuation to Venice, the City of Love. Check-in at your hotel and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Venice City Tour
After breakfast you will take a private water-taxi to Piazza San Marco, where you will enjoy a guided visit to the formidable St. Mark´s Basilica (with ‘skip the line’ tickets). Next, you will visit the Palazzo Dei Dogi and the legendary “Bridge of Sighs”.
Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure in the City of Love.
Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Visit to Montepulciano (Wine Tuscany Region) | Return to Rome
After breakfast, go to the meeting point in Piazzale Rome as we will continue the trip to Tuscany, where you can enjoy the delicious wine that makes the region so famous, as its beautiful landscape that seems coming out from a movie. You will arrive in Val di Chiana via Montepulciano, a medieval city. There you will enjoy the richness of its history and art. You can also purchase from local house wines. Montepulciano is known for its ‘Nobile’ wine and hosts annual wine festivals in July.
Enjoy lunch at a typical Tuscany restaurant followed by free time before we return to Rome.

Day 7: Rome City Tour
After breakfast you will enjoy a guided tour the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter´s Basilica (with ‘skip the line’ tickets). Among the highlights, you shall wait to see the Galleries of Tapestries and Raphael´s Rooms, and notice the incredible details at the Sistine Chapel. At St. Peter´s Basilica, the biggest church in the world, admire its beauty and splendor.
After that, you are free to spend the rest of the day at leisure or to choose one of our night tours.

Day 8: Transfer to Naples | Pompeii Tour | Transfer to Sorrento
You will be picked up at the hotel after breakfast at 7am and transferred to the train station, where you will take the train to Naples.
Upon arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour by climbing up the Vomero Hill. From there you can admire the Gulf of Naples, the Vesuvius, Capri, Ischia and Procida.
We will go to the port of Mergellina, where you will continue the trip towards the town of Pompeii. Enjoy a delicious and real Neapolitan pizza for lunch before starting your guided tour to the ruins of Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with Skip the Line tickets. In the city swollen by the Vesuvius’s ashes, you will learn how people lived, visit houses and see mosaics that still stand nowadays.
After the tour, we will continue to Sorrento, where you will check-in at your hotel and enjoy a classic dinner with dress code.

Day 9: Capri Tour | Return to Sorrento
You will visit the island of Capri, a summer European destination. If sea conditions and weather are good, you can enjoy a rowboat and visit the Blue Grotto.
After lunch you can enjoy the island at leisure before returning to mainland in Sorrento.

Day 10: Return to Rome
After breakfast you will have time at leisure in Sorrento or can opt for a short trip to Amalfi coast.
Around 4pm you will departure to Rome. Transfer to your hotel.

The tour ends. Enjoy the last breakfast at the hotel.
