Whether Morocco has one official language, the modern standard Arabic Language or has Two official languages, the first being the later and the Second being the Berber tongue. As for The percentage of English speakers in Morocco there almost 14 % with the majority of the locals using Arabic, Moroccan Arabic & Amazigih, with the remaining percentage distributed over french and Spanish. Based on that info it would be a good idea to learn some of the phrases you'll need to communicate with others throughout your journey,  

We wouldn't say there is a check list of specific clothing items you should bring with you to Morocco, but Sticking to Modest and conservative clothing is not a bad idea. It would also be handy to bring a scarf with you and have the hair covered as this might be required before you're given aces to religious sites.

In the end of the day, tipping is a sign of Courtesy, appreciation & expression of a job well done, nonetheless it remains a fully complementary act which is fully up to you to do or not do. It is worth noticing that traditionally Morocco had a no tipping culture but with the rise of Tourism in the country tipping is quite common nowadays

Cancellation requests should be sent via fax or emailed to provide the Company with written confirmation that your reservation should be cancelled. In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied: From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date 50% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date 75% of the entire tour price will be charged. Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. Additionally, there are cancellation fees on all flights, ferry boats, train tickets booked by our company. If you cancel a tour at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to airline’s cancellation policy.
