Our agent will greet and help you upon arrival at Muscat airport. Then transfer to your Muscat hotel where you'll spend the night. 
 

Hotel breakfast will be served. Following that, begin your day in Muscat city.  Then there's the Grand Mosque, which is an architectural wonder. The Bait Al Zubair Museum features a wide collection of antiques, traditional Omani weaponry, jewelry, costumes, household utensils, and recreated urban and rural habitats to represent Omani heritage.  The route leads to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos' Al Alam Palace, encircled by steep mountains and flanked by the twin 16th century Jalali and Mirani forts.  

A trip to Nizwa Nizwa – home to the 17th-century Round Tower Fort and its Souq, known for its Friday livestock auctions, delicately hand-carved "Khanjars" (daggers), and ornate silver jewelry. Then go to Jabrin Castle, Oman's greatest late-seventeenth-century fortress. The castle features the greatest level of Omani ceiling painting and exquisite wood carvings.
Stop for photos at Bahla Fort.
Drive to Birkat Al Mauz or the clay settlement. Then drive to Wahiba Sands for the night. 

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Start your trip back to Muscat after breakfast. Stop in Sur to see the fisherman's inactivity in the harbour. Continue to the Dhow construction yard. Dhows are traditional Omani wooden fishing vessels that are still handcrafted today. Continue on to Qalhat, where Bibi Miriam's tomb is located (photo stop). Take the road to Wadi Tiwi. The picnic lunch will be provided on the white beaches of Finns. See the Bimah Sinkhole, a spherical natural hole produced by a falling mountain. The hole is filled with blue-green seawater. Get back to Muscat.

Departure check out of the motel after breakfast. For departure, drop off at Muscat International Airport.
