Our agent will greet and help you upon arrival at Muscat airport. Then transport from the airport to your Muscat hotel.
 

Breakfast first. Following that, begin your half-day Muscat city tour. The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, an architectural wonder, is included on tour. The Bait Al Zubair Museum features a wide collection of antiques, traditional Omani weaponry, jewelry, costumes, household utensils, and recreated urban and rural habitats to represent Omani heritage. The route leads to His Majesty Sultan Qaboos' Al Alam Palace, encircled by steep mountains and flanked by the twin 16th century Jalali and Mirani forts. A halt in Muttrah, the main port district, leads to an ancient and colorful3 souk to be explored. Lastly, a trip to Nizwa to spend the night.

A visit to Nizwa – home to the 17th-century Round Tower Fort and its Souq, known for its Friday livestock auctions, delicately hand-carved "Khanjars' ' (daggers), and ornate silver jewelry.
Then go to Jabrin Castle, Oman's greatest late-seventeenth-century fortress. The castle features the greatest level of Omani ceiling painting and exquisite wood carvings.
Stop for photos at Bahla Fort.
Then travel to Misfat Al Abryeen, one of Oman's most beautiful traditional villages.
Go to the Grand Canyon, Jabal Shams. Jabal for the night
Overnight in Jabal Shams

Breakfast and check-out at the hotel; pick-up at 8:00 a.m. Drive to Al Hamra for a photo stop at the vantage point. Visit the Bait AL Safa Museum and the Birkat Al Mauz or Clay Village. Then drive to Wahiba Sand, where the peaceful atmosphere and simplicity provide a nice contrast to our daily metropolitan lives. Visit a Bedouin residence (optional camel ride), dune bashing, and sunset. Enjoy a typical Arabic dinner with dates and Omani coffee—Arabian Bedouin Camp for the night.

You will drive to Wadi Bani Khalid after breakfast at the Wahiba Sands camp, where the pools have clear, deep calm waters and the shade of the palm trees is ideal for a pleasant nap! View the charming settlements that dot the Wadi Bani Khalid landscape. (Please bring swimwear; the Wadi's crystal blue waters are quite appealing!) A drive to Sur for a photo stop at the AL Ayjah tower and a visit to the Dhow factory, then eat lunch before returning to Muscat through the sinkhole. Muscat will be the location to spend the night.

Departure Check out of the motel after breakfast. For departure, drop off at Muscat International Airport.
