Musanze | Ibyi Iwacu (Former Poacher’s Village)
Early breakfast at 8 am to charge your energy for the safari in Rwanda by Kigali city tour.
Transfer to Musazne with numerous stops for photography. Once you arrive, you will check-in to your lodge and have lunch.
Visit to the Ibyi Iwacu Cultural Village, where you can get a real glimpse into the lives, cultures and traditions of the region’s rural people. They are a tucked-away community of people that rely on poaching and bush meat for survival. The village encourages people to have a first-hand experience with this preserved and unique lifestyle.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the local dances, listen to Gorilla songs, eat traditionally- prepared food and hear old folklore!

Overnight: Da Vinci Gorilla Hotel
Gorilla Trekking
The day starts at 6 am. You will be driven to the Volcanoes National Park offices for Gorilla Trekking. The park has a vibrant assortment of montane ecosystems, full of evergreen and bamboo forest, open grassland, swamp, and heath. The highlight of the trip will be spending a full hour with the gorillas and watching them in their natural habitat, eating, playing and resting.

Return to Kigali
You will transfer after breakfast to Kigali.
