Our journey takes us to Caceres, a city renowned for its amalgamation of Roman, Islamic, Northern Gothic, and Italian Renaissance architectural styles, earning it the status of a World Heritage site. Wander around the main square, Plaza Mayor and delve into the antiquity of the Old Town, particularly its well-known Medieval Quarter. From there, we proceed to Cordoba, a city historically known as the capital of the Caliphate. We will be spending the night in Cordoba.

Marvel at the grandeur of the Cathedral, only surpassed by St. Peter's in Rome in terms of size within the Catholic realm. Journey next to the Santa Cruz district, famously known as the backdrop for Carmen and the legend of Don Juan. Your tour extends to Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. The remainder of your day is free for you to bask in the luminous city. Your night will be spent in Seville.

Explore the Cathedral, renowned as the Catholic world's second largest after St. Peters in Rome. Then, journey to the Santa Cruz quarter, the real-life setting for Carmen and the legendary Don Juan. Next, head over to Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España. Spend your afternoon at your leisure, basking in the glow of this city of light. Your evening accommodations will be in Seville.

Once we've had our morning meal at our accommodation, we'll embark on a journey to the south, driving through quintessential Andalusian hamlets until we reach Ronda. Here, you'll have some leisure time to appreciate this ancient Celtic town and its breathtaking view of the valley and mountains. Our adventure will then lead us to an authentic Olive Oil Experience at a local Almazara, LA Organic. We'll stroll around their lush olive groves and sample their organic olive oil products. Afterwards, our journey will take us to the stunning Spanish Mediterranean coast, more specifically, the Costa del Sol. Here we will spend the night.

This city's stunning historical backdrop is truly awe-inspiring, with highlights including a tour of the globally-renowned Alhambra complex (entry fee covered) and the Generalife Gardens. Following some free time, immerse yourself in local culture by joining other vacationers for a genuine Gypsy Flamenco performance, complete with dinner. Spend the night in the heart of Granada.

Set off for the magnificent city of Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its harmonious coexistence of Christian, Moorish, and Jewish cultures over many centuries. Embark on a guided journey through the meandering streets of this ancient city. From there, proceed to Madrid. Experience an overnight stay in Madrid.
