Uganda’s Ape Escape Safari

Upon arrival, our representative and tour guide will meet you at the airport and then transfer you to your hotel. 

Overnight: Lake Victoria Serena and spa.

After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to Kajjansi Airstrip, where you will board your flight to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. 

You will touch down at Kihihi Airstrip, where one of your representatives will be waiting to assist you to your hotel. 

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park—one of the most vibrant and diverse ecological systems—is a UNESCO Natural World Heritage. The forest covers a huge area of approximately 331 km² at the south-western edge of the western Rift Valley.

Flight: Private jet flight (Kajjansi-Kihihi)

You will start of the morning with an early breakfast to prepare for the long day of Gorilla Trekking. 

The duration of the trek is between three and six hours, so being in good health and having heavy-duty boots or shoes is important to fully enjoy the experience.

You will be guided through the whimsical village gardens and into the meandering forest.

After breakfast, you will travel from Bwindi to Murchison Falls. You will be transferred by a private plane and reach the destination in less than two hours. From above, feast your eyes on the exotic natural marvels, sweeping landscapes and exquisite wild life. 

You will disembark at an airstrip inside the national park itself. The Murchison Falls National Park has 76 mammal species and 451 bird species, and the Nile River attracts a wide array of unique animals.

Once you arrive, your representative will transfer you to your luxury hotel. Overnight at Baker’s Lodge.

Flight: Private jet flight (Kihihi- Pakuba)

Early rise at 6 am for breakfast followed by a drive to the national park. You have the choice between taking a packed breakfast to eat mid-morning or have a full breakfast once you return to your lodge. 

You will see elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, lions, giraffes, warthog, baboons, and lots of birds.

Return for lunch and an hour break. 

Time for the Nile boat trip. Will be able to watch aquatic animals and you will visit the top of the falls, where you will have the opportunity to take pictures.

Overnight: Baker’s Lodge.

After breakfast, your guide will transfer you to Pakuba Airstrip for your flight to Entebbe. Upon your arrival at Kajjansi, the guide will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.
