Upon your arrival at the airport in Mexico City, our tour representative will be waiting for you to assist you and escort you to your hotel.

Spend the day at leisure. 

After breakfast starts your Mexico City Tour. This city offers so much to see. Let's check out the Plaza de la Constitución or Zocalo, the National Palace (if open) to admire the murals of Diego Rivera, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Old Major Temple Azteca city (exterior only) and the Plaza de las Tres Culturas, located in Tlatelolco

Next let’s visit the archaeological zone of Teotihuacán and explore many pre-Hispanic monuments that date from the 100-200 AC, such as the Pyramid of the Sun, the Pyramid de la Luna, the Avenue of the Dead, the Citadel, the Temple of Quetzalcóatl and the Palace of the Butterflies.

After lunch we will return to Mexico City and visit the Basilica of Guadalupe. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. 

We will escort you to the airport to take the fight to Tuxtla Gutierrez (flight not included). Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Chipada de Corzo, from where will take the boat that will make the River Grijalva tour. During the tour, you will see the Sumidero Canyon. 

Return to Chiapa de Corzo for lunch and transfer to San Cristobal de las Casas. 

In San Cristoban de las Casas, we will visit an indigenous market, the amber museum and the Temple of Santo Domingo. 

Next, spend some pleasant time strolling around the colourful local communities of Tzotziles of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantán. 

Enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

We will enjoy some time in nature and reach the Yaxhá River followed by the waterfalls of Agua Azul, known for its blight blue colour. 

Continuation to the Misol-Ha waterfall, where there is possibility of bathing.

Transfer to Palenque. 

Spend the day exploring the archaeological site of Palenque. There is a lot to see in this ancient Mayan city, such as the temple of The Inscriptions (Tomb of Pakal), the Palace, Temples of the Sun and the Foliada Cross, Queen's Bath in Otulum Creek. 

Lunch will be taken on the route to Campeche, considered a Cultural Heritage Site by UNESCO.

We will explore the Mayan archaeological site of Uxmal, where is located the magnificent Pyramid of the Soothsayer, the friezes of the Quadrangule of the Nuns, the shells of the Turtle Building and the panoramas from the Governor's Temple. 

Following lunch we will continue to Merida and you will enjoy a city tour that includes the residential zone, the monument to the fatherland, the Paseo Montejo, the Twin Houses, 60th Street, the Zocalo and the Cathedral. 

We will continue to Chichen Itza, a Mayan archaeological site declared one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. There you will have free time to explore the Observatory, the Castle Pyramid, the Ball Game, the Sacred Cenote and other temples of interest. 

After lunch we will visit the Cenote de Ikkil and transfer you to Cancun or Riviera Maya, where this package tour ends.
