    DAY 6: Playa Dominical – Playa Pavones (175 km – 3 hs)

Today you will go to Pavones, a secluded beach in the South Pacific of
the province of Puntarenas. This ensures that its waters are not very
crowded and that the surrounding landscapes are impressive, but it
also makes surfing conditions unpredictable. Some say that on a good
day, Pavones is the best beach for surfing in Costa Rica and one of the
    longest lefts in the world.

can choose to go surfing on its busy beaches, one of the most popular
among Costa Ricans due to its proximity to the center, or go to Playa
Hermosa. This beach is located approximately 10 minutes from Jacó,
but its currents are stronger. This means that Playa Hermosa is not
recommended for swimming or beginner surfers. It is known for the
most constant waves in the world. This is why it was chosen to host
the 2009 World Surfing Championships, which brought together the
best surfers in the world and attracted the attention of millions of people.
    Overnight in Jaco

  9. 9
    DAY 9: Manuel Antonio

Manuel Antonio can enjoy a relaxing day at one of the four unspoiled
beaches or take a hike through the vibrant green rainforest. From
natural seawater pools with crustaceans to endangered species of
monkeys and breath-taking panoramic views, Manuel Antonio
National Park is a spectacular destination. At the end of the afternoon,
    return to Jaco.

crowded as other Guanacaste beaches such as Tamarindo or Playa Grande. This beach was named
by National Geographic among the 20 best surf towns in the world and by The New York Times as
the Best destination to visit in Costa Rica. In addition, there is another popular white sand beach
perfect for beginners and advanced users near Nosara: Playa Guiones. Guiones is perfect for
surfing for the first time, due to the very little crowded waters.
