Yoga in Costa Rica

Welcome to San José, Costa Rica. 
Reception at the Juan Santamaría airport and transfer or delivery of a 4x4 rental car to go to Arenal. Here the impressive Arenal Volcano, one of the natural wonders of the country for its majesty. Today there are no lava eruptions, but you can still see the smoke and ash spewing off the top of the volcano. The Arenal Volcano region is an exquisite destination for its attractive landscape, its hot springs, and Lake Arenal. During the tour, you will be able to appreciate agricultural plantations, ornamental plants, and cattle farms.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning yoga class where the nature that surrounds the area and yoga make an amazing experience creating a perfect combination of harmony. 
In the afternoon, a walk inside the Arenal Volcano National Park, where it will take you through the changing terrain of the ancient lava rivers called las Coladas, where you will have the possibility to observe a great variety of flora and fauna typical of the area. The park consists mainly of primary forest.

Do not forget to visit the beaches that surround Santa Teresa, which are usually less crowded and of great beauty.

In the morning, you will go on a guided walk through the pleasant biological reserve of Cabo Blanco & Curú; where you will enjoy the tropical forest and its ecosystem. There is the possibility of observing howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, a wide variety of birds and other animals. Perfect for those who enjoy bird watching and love nature. Enjoy a yoga class that will physically challenge you, but more than that it will be an opportunity to increase self-awareness, knowledge, and joy.

Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning enjoy a yoga class at the hotel, where the senses are stimulated by connecting with the outside.
In the afternoon, you will ride a quadricycle for approximately 4 hours through forest trails, among muds, rivers, cow pastures, to enjoy this exciting adventure full of adrenaline. You will take a break to soak in the refreshing waters of a waterfall after a well-deserved walk.

The town of Santa Teresa is made up of a main street where hotels and restaurants are located. Its source of income is mainly from tourism and its infrastructure has been developed in the last 10 years. Santa Teresa is very pleasant for nature lovers and with a zen atmosphere. It offers a nightlife where beach parties abound with international DJs mixing electronic music.

Transfer to the Juan Santamaría Airport. Remember to be at the air terminal at least 3 hours before your departure flight, your rental car can be returned at the office near the airport.
